1. What is your return policy?
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and understand that things don't always work out!
If you need to return an item here is what you do:
All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. As a courtesy, we offer 30 days for returns during the holiday season. This period is from Black Friday to New Year's Eve. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer exchanges.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
All jewelry items are FINAL SALE.
All intimates (bralettes) and bodysuits are FINAL SALES.
PLEASE contact via email, firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any item.
When mailing returns, please include the original receipt of merchandise.
We recommend you keep your tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

2. What if I want to exchange an item for a different size or color?
Unfortunately, we can not always guarantee that we will have a different size or color available. We are happy to offer a full refund (terms listed above) or store credit, whatever works for you!

We do NOT have the item in our inventory. The manufacturer has given a future date the items will be available. We place the order with the manufacturer and when we receive the items we ship them out to you.
Why do a pre-order?
We can put orders in right away when we see demand from customers. If we wait until the item is available from the manufacturer it is sometimes too late and they have already sold out.
Pre-orders allow us to order based on what the customers want and not over order and carry unnecessary inventory.
What could go wrong?
The item arrives later than the date the manufacturer gave.
The manufacturer decides there was not enough demand and cancels the order entirely and we then issue you a refund.
